About Tenement Track

Tenement Track prepares the quarterly and annual compliance work ASX-listed junior mining exploration companies have to get through: the Appendix 5B cash flow report, the quarterly activities report, JORC Table 1 disclosures, and per-tenement minimum commitment and renewal tracking.

Why it exists

Small explorers currently do this work on spreadsheets — reconciling tenement spend, re-formatting disclosures, and re-assembling the same numbers every quarter by hand. The big ERP vendors don't serve this tier; deal sizes are too small for them. The one existing niche alternative is a consulting-led ERP add-on built around a much larger implementation than a small explorer needs. Tenement Track is a standalone tool, built only for the ASX compliance cycle.

What it does

  • Tracks spend against minimum commitment and renewal dates for every tenement in a register.
  • Auto-populates the ASX Appendix 5B from tracked expenditure each quarter, and generates the finished filing document.
  • Walks a user through the JORC Table 1 "if not, why not" checklist so nothing required gets missed.
  • Stores Competent Person reports, drill data, and maps alongside the disclosures they support — without ever authoring or generating geological content itself. That judgment call stays with a qualified Competent Person.

Scope

Australia and the ASX only. Tenement Track prepares compliant documents — there's no regulator API, so filing through ASX's own portal is still done by the company itself.
