Tenement Track vs Scope Systems
TL;DR: Scope Systems implements Pronto Xi, a full ERP, for mining companies of every size — exploration compliance is one module inside a much bigger system, brought in through a consulting-led implementation. Tenement Track does one thing: ASX Appendix 5B, JORC Table 1, and tenement commitment tracking for junior explorers, self-serve, with published pricing and a 14-day trial.

Scope of the product
Scope Systems is the largest reseller of Pronto Xi, an ERP platform, and specializes in implementing it for mining and mining-services companies. Its exploration offering is a Tenement Management System module that sits inside that ERP: it tracks expenditure against tenements and produces Form 5 reports, the state-level minimum-spend filing. That's real overlap with what Tenement Track does — but it's one module inside a system that also covers financials, supply chain, and asset management, because that's what Pronto Xi is built for.
Tenement Track doesn't do any of that. It has exactly two jobs: turn your tracked spend into an ASX Appendix 5B (including the Section 8 funding-runway disclosure) and walk you through JORC Table 1, alongside the tenement register that feeds both. If you already run Pronto Xi for the rest of your business, its module is a reasonable fit. If you don't, and don't want to, you'd be adopting a full ERP to solve a quarterly filing problem.
Pricing and getting started
Scope Systems doesn't publish pricing. Their own materials describe a consulting-led process — a solutions specialist works to understand your business before recommending modules, and implementation "typically begins within weeks of agreement." That's a reasonable model for an ERP rollout, but it means you can't see a price or try the product before a sales conversation.
Tenement Track publishes its pricing on the pricing page: $39/month for one entity, up to $99/month for ten. You can start a 14-day free trial right now, with full access, and see the exact plan and price you'd be charged before anything is billed.
Who Tenement Track is for
A junior ASX-listed explorer (or the company secretary/finance manager filing for one) that needs the Appendix 5B, JORC Table 1, and tenement commitment tracking handled well — and doesn't want or need a full ERP to get there.
Who Scope Systems is for
A company that's adopting Pronto Xi for its broader operations — financials, supply chain, asset management — and wants tenement/Form 5 reporting handled inside that same system, with a consulting team guiding the implementation.
